Prior to forming Integrity Homes, Mr. Gallivan was the President of Ryland Homes’ Washington DC Division for more than nine years. During his tenure with Ryland he was responsible for planning and directing the overall operations of the division, including site acquisition, sales, marketing, production and customer relations. In addition to his experience at Ryland Mr. Gallivan was the President of Pulte Home Corporation’s South Florida Division. Throughout his ten-year tenure with Pulte, Mr. Gallivan held various senior level management positions within the company’s homebuilding and financial services operations. Mr. Gallivan has also held financial and operational management positions in multiple industries and functional areas. His previous employers include KPMG Peat Marwick, Equitable Federal Savings and Standard Federal Savings Bank.

Mr. Gallivan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan. Mr. Gallivan resides in Fairfax, VA with his wife and five children.
