In November, 2005, Dennis J. Kelly, Jr. was named as the first President of TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of TechTeam Global, Inc. As President, Mr. Kelly is responsible for all facets of the TechTeam Government Solutions organization, including operations and business development. He oversaw the merger of TechTeam Global's first two government services acquisitions, Digital Support Corporation and Sytel, Inc., into a single IT and support services subsidiary supporting a variety of government and commercial clients.

Prior to joining TechTeam, Mr. Kelly was a Senior Vice President with Anteon Corporation, a publicly traded $1.5 billion information technology, systems engineering and integration services firm serving the U.S. Federal government. During his tenure at Anteon, Mr. Kelly served in a number of executive and senior management positions leading key strategic functions such as corporate communications, business development and government affairs. In addition, he held several line management positions where he was responsible for the profit and loss of the operating units under his direction. Mr. Kelly has also served in a number of technical and program/project management roles.

Mr. Kelly is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and has more than fifteen years of experience in the federal services contracting arena. He holds an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Science degree from Roger Williams University.
