Dr. Patrick C. Melder, Founder & CEO

Dr. Melder is founder of Envisionier medical technologies. Dr. Melder received his medical degree from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX. After obtaining his medical degree, he trained as a general surgical intern at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX. He then received specialty training in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. After completion of training, Dr. Melder joined the surgical staff at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and was later appointed as Chief, Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at Walter Reed. While on staff at Walter Reed, he was a pioneer in robotic surgery in the head & neck and a key thought leader in applying digital technologies to the practice of endoscopy. He spent years researching digital applications in endoscopy and launched Envisionier to advance palmable endoscopic imaging technologies.

Since its inception, Dr. Melder has guided Envisionier through major milestones of business and product development.
